The idea
Time meets the right measure.
A watch measures time. A jigger measures the ingredients of a cocktail. The Measure brings the two together: the precision of watchmaking and the craft behind a good drink.

This is where we want to make exceptional watches accessible: to discover, try on, understand and buy. With personal advice, in an atmosphere where you are welcome to take your time.

Even during an evening visit to the Josef Bar, you should be able to discover selected timepieces. QR codes on the display cases and in the Josef Magazine lead you to more information and the option to request a personal consultation.

With The Measure, I am bringing my watch expertise, my passion for collecting and my network together under one brand.

Our home in the heart of Vienna.
The Measure launches as a pop-up at the award-winning Josef Cocktailbar. Since 2017, we have been dedicated to outstanding cocktails and personal hospitality here. In Vienna’s historic first district, just a few minutes’ walk from St. Stephen’s Cathedral, we are now making room for our passion for watches as well.
Cocktails with or without alcohol, a coffee and time for a good conversation: this is the setting in which you will get to know The Measure.
